Only this time it has a new soundtrack written by Rob Weller. I always liked Rob&#8217; s work. So I jumped at the chance of using one of his tracks for this. In fact, he wrote it specially. Spoiler alert: there are no crashes and no road rage incidents in this video. Just a relatively pleasant drive though some quite interesting tunnels &#8211; if you like that sort of thing&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZvLbVTCzdbg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"574\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Hungary&#8217;s M6 motorway is part of UNECE route E73, AKA the &#8220;Pan-European Corridor Vc&#8221;. Video starts 2019-12-30 14:52 UTC, on the Palotabozsoki-v\u00edzfoly\u00e1s Viaduct, 172 km south of Budapest. It&nbsp; takes us through all four Strabag constructed tunnels under the Mecsek mountain range.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M6_motorway_(Hungary)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M6_motorway_(Hungary)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/European_route_E73\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/European_route_E73<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/International_E-road_network\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/International_E-road_network<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.strabag.com\/databases\/internet\/_public\/content.nsf\/web\/EN-STRABAG.COM-M60Ungarn.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.strabag.com\/databases\/internet\/_public\/content.nsf\/web\/EN-STRABAG.COM-M60Ungarn.html<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How I made the video<\/h2>\n<p>I thought I&#8217;d write a few words about how I made the video. The camera was a cheap-and-cheerful <a href=\"https:\/\/garfnet.org.uk\/cms\/2020\/07\/01\/ulefone-3w-ruggedised-smartphone\/\">Ulefone Armor 3w<\/a> ruggedised smartphone, held by hand. The video editor was KDE&#8217;s excellent Kdenlive. Kdenlive is free, open source and really rather good.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/garfnet.org.uk\/cms\/wp-content\/gallery\/screengrab\/Screenshot_20220506_222007.png\" alt=\"Kdenlive screengrab - processing the E73 video\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Kdenlive screengrab &#8211; processing the E73 video<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you are a GNU\/Linux user, then Kdenlive is almost certainly in your chosen distribution&#8217;s software repository. If your distro of choice is KDE Neon, then with any luck, you have the latest version.
