Today I left Northern Ireland, crossed the border into the Republic at County Monaghan. Related Images:
I left my uncle’s farm in Brechfa, Carmarthen early this morning and drove the MGF to Fishguard. After a bit of a wait, I boarded a ferry to Rosslare, Ireland. It was a choppy crossing and cars moved about a bit on the car deck, where the MGF acquired a small dent. Related Images:

Having already sampled quite a lot of the local beer, we thought we really ought to swing by Saverne’s local brewery for a few snaps. Unfortunately it was quite dark by the time we got there. And closed. But the floodlighting is quite good. Camera: Canon Digital Ixus. Related Images:

Wandered a bit further south today, mostly to visit Le Corbusier´s Ronchamp Chapel “Notre Dame du Haut” But we saw some other quite interesting things on the way including some classic French cars in remarkably good condition. Related Images:
