Road Trip

Today we drove down to one of my favourite places, Le Corbusier´s strangely beautiful Ronchamp Chapel “Notre Dame du Haut”, France. Camera: Olympus C2500L

Wandered a bit further south today, mostly to visit Le Corbusier´s Ronchamp Chapel “Notre Dame du Haut” But we saw some other quite interesting things on the way including some classic French cars in remarkably good condition.  

From a distance, perched high up on a hill, Dabo looks like an illustration form a children’s book of fairy tales. We spotted the place from 10 kilometres away a few days ago. So today, out of curiosity we drove the MFG up there to take a look, and to take a few snaps too….

Thought we’d cross the border today and visit Basel, in Switzerland. Left the MGF at the gite and took the train instead. I was accompanied by former New Millennium features editor Sarah Keen and her very knowledgeable aunt Jeanne. Camera: Canon Digital Ixus.
