Duncan Avery

Based in London, I have known Duncan since the late 1970’s. Apart from being a very nice guy, Duncan is also a very talented musician. These are Duncan’s first four Albums available for free download for private non-commercial use. These albums were made using analogue recording techniques and may have hiss, crackles or other noise. We were going to clean them up & give them that bright ‘digital’ sound. But after a long discussion with Duncan it was decided to leave the recordings as they were because the recording process itself was a “part of the whole”, artistically speaking. Therefore any tweaking-about might destroy the original sound & feel of the work.
