Wandered into Kowloon today, camera at the ready. I’ve always been particularly fascinated by Canton Road, where there are tiny shops packed to the ceilings with engineering bits, bearings springs etc. And other emporia with distinctly amusing names.

Zim desktop wiki
I suffer dreadful mental blocks at times. I’m also a tad forgetful. To work around this, I use Jaap Karssenberg’s ‘Zim’. This is an excellent indexed, searchable, cross-linkable, exportable, cross-platform note-taking program. Why is Garfnet moving from a hand written site to a content managed one?
We believed it would make managing GarfNet much easier. However, recent issues upgrading to Joomla 1.5.x have brought this decision into question.
