My girlfriend was working for the London Golf Show and asked me if I’d care to join her in for a few days ad take lots of pictures of the show. Naturally I agreed.
These are a few snaps as we arrived the night before the show began, at the Excel Centre, London.
For some time now, this little fellow has frequented our garden. We have a sort of hedgehog highway behind the shed. And because we have no cats or dogs, they hedgehogs are free to pretty much come and go as they please.
My wife is Hungarian. Like many folks in central Europe, Hungarians have a particular affinity for white storks. Even during the soviet era, lampposts often had huge plinths welded to the top, so that these massive wild birds can build their nests. Throughout the various COVID lock-downs my wife started following various European stork nests…
This is our last day in France and we head back north towards the Channel ferry, in red MGF. Images taken with Canon Digital Ixus.
Went out to the New Forest to visit my mother, in the little red MX5. While we were there, I took the opportunity top gather some images of Lepe Beach and the now dilapidated Langley Tavern. I also took a few snaps of my shiny new Eton S350DL multiband radio.
Prague > Berlin It’s not everybody’s cup of tea but I always had a bit of a soft spot for Berlin. I was there when the Wall came down. So it was interesting to go back and see what had become of it, after all these years. Other days Part 1 Part 2 Part 3…
