Just spent a very cold and snowy New Years Eve in Pécs, Hungary.
Happy July 4 to all our American friends, celebrating the fact their ancestors had the good sense to rid themselves of our awful Royal Family. Here in the UK, it’s General Election time again. It’s a beautiful spring day here in south east Hampshire. And it’s dead quiet thanks to the Coronavirus lockdown. And the northern sky that normally liberally criss-crossed with vapour trails is a perfect clear sky blue, with no aircraft within 50 km or more.
Another visit to one of my favourite places, the observation platform up the 197 metre tall Pécs TV Torony (TV Tower) Hungary.
Yesterday we drove to Lincoln to meet Robert Simpson, the guy behind the the Riddings Drop in Centre internet café. Today we had a day off, time to take some snaps of the beautiful Lincoln Cathedral.
