The old MGF was very pretty but incredibly unreliable. Eventually after a fight, MG Rover swapped it for a new one. Today we went to collect it.
France – staying in an Alsatian gite and cruising around in the MGF. Today we went into Strasbourg, saw the European Parliament and the Council of Europe. Also saw some flamingoes and some rather friendly white Embden geese. Not to mention some rather randy white storks doing their thing.

Wandered a bit further south today, mostly to visit Le Corbusier´s Ronchamp Chapel “Notre Dame du Haut” But we saw some other quite interesting things on the way including some classic French cars in remarkably good condition.
At time of writing, we have got all the following Windoze apps running very adequately on Linux – using either WINE or Codeweavers Crossover (a commercial implementation of WINE).
