A few snaps of the Isle of Grain off the coast of Kent, south-east England. It’s not actually an island any more and forms part of the Hoo peninsula. The the area is mostly marshland and is an important habitat for a number of wild wetland birds.

Lots of bumblebees again this year. Sadly not seen many red tailed ones (bombus lapidarius) But there are a heck of a lot of white tailed bumblebees (bombus lucorum).
